1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized outfits, altered clothing, and innerwear/lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer or UPI once bank details are provided.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately without extra shipping cost.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns due to sizing/preference issues may be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items sent by us, return shipping is completely free.
